Your Enterprise LNA will include:

  • A 90-minute virtual Kick Off Strategy Session to define scope, success measures, and data sources

  • An Enterprise LNA Report with key themes, heatmaps, priority capability areas, and phased recommendations

  • A 90-minute virtual Executive Debrief to review findings and co-design next steps

What we’ll need from you:

  • Access to strategic documents (e.g. workforce plans, capability frameworks, learning data, organisational policies). 

  • Access to nominated SMEs, leaders, or teams for up to 5 stakeholder interviews or a tailored survey.

Once you have purchased your Learning Needs Analysis, we will send you an email to schedule your Kick Off Call.

Following this call, and once we have received all relevant assets, such as strategic documents and stakeholder contacts, your Learning Needs Analysis lead time will officially begin.

Our team will then conduct the analysis and develop a detailed LNA Report outlining key insights, capability gaps, and strategic recommendations.

Once completed, we will send you the report and arrange a Review Call to walk through the findings in detail and answer any questions you may have.
