  • A 90-minute virtual Kick Off Strategy Session to define roles, processes, and performance goals

  • A Training Needs Analysis Report mapping training gaps, role-based needs, and program opportunities

  • A 90-minute virtual Executive Debrief to review findings and agree on priorities and next steps

What we’ll need from you:

  • Access to role descriptions, operational procedures, training data, or compliance requirements

  • Nominated team leads or SMEs for up to 5 interviews or a targeted survey

Once you have purchased your Training Needs Analysis, we will send you an email to schedule your Kick Off Call.

Following this call, and once we have received all relevant assets, such as strategic documents and stakeholder contacts, your Training Needs Analysis lead time will officially begin.

Our team will then conduct the analysis and develop a detailed TNA Report outlining key insights, capability gaps, and strategic recommendations.

Once completed, we will send you the report and arrange a Review Call to walk through the findings in detail and answer any questions you may have.
